Well appointed cabin from 2020/1850 at Hestadfjorden

The cabin is 120 sq.m. and was completed in spring 2020 . The cabin has very high quality with "Madsstova" from before 1850 - originally from Jølster. The cabin has 2 fireplaces, laundry room and sauna. At the cottage there is a covered patio and a boat and canoe can be purchased, but must be ordered separately. To fish in the water, you have to buy a fishing license. The cottage is located at Viksdalsvatnet/Hestadfjorden and in a great hiking area. Further up the valley comes one to Gaular Mountain and over to Sogn. In the opposite direction lies Førde with 13000 inhabitants

Cabin with stunning views in quiet surroundings. Short distance to the fjord and a rowing boat is available during the summer months. The cottage has a mini-kitchen, fridge, small oven and microwave. Not dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet, heating cables in the floor. Living room with lounge area, dining table and a cozy fireplace. The bedrooms are very small. Covered porch with outdoor furniture. Bed linen and towels are not included. When snow, you have to park by the road and walk the last 50 meters up to the cabin. Parking by the cabin during summer.

Welcome to our little gem located right by Holsavatnet 20 min east of Førde in the direction of Gaularfjellet. Here you have a great starting point for hiking,fishing and not least swimming since the cabin is right on the water. If you also have the opportunity to borrow a canoe and kayak(quiet we require that you have a kayak class on- for your own safety.) Vests and fishing equipment we have available. Short distance to experiences both to Gaularfjellet, Jølster, Førde and Sunnfjord. Otherwise, there are nice stools close to the cabin

The cabin is situated on a farm at Helle in Sunnfjord, in a beautiful scenery at Førdefjorden. It has an amazing view to the fjord and the majestic snow top mountain with a glacier. It is located right by the fjord and has a beach right outside the cabin. Great place for hiking, fishing and relaxation in a rural retreat. Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Takes about 30 minutes to walk to the city center . Bicycle can be borrowed for free if desired ( about 10 min) Good bus connections. Short distance to grocery store , 5 min walk. Private entrance and free parking. Newly refurbished in 2018. One bedroom with a double bed. White goods. Exit to garden that can be used! Nice hiking area right outside the door, short distance to the mountains around Førde.
