Our tranquil getaway! Whether on vacation or traveling for work, this is the place to stay! With a beautiful pool and gigantic screened in area with comfortable patio furniture and a place to have your meals outside, you can't beat our guest house for enjoying Florida's weather. Inside, we have just added a stunningly comfortable new Queen sized bed with a "Purple" mattress on an adjustable frame. We have hi speed wi-fi and a large screen TVwith Apple and prime tv, Netflix, Disney+, and more.

The Cove's "Love Shack, is approximately 400 sq. feet and originally built as a cabin for the fish camp. Completely remodeled in 2018 the cabin is decorated with vintage furniture, granite countertops, live edge oak shelving, a smart TV and large shower. Nestled under huge live oaks and surrounded by decking is perfect for that morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Dog friendly 25lbs or less weight. NO CATS! $50 fee one time pet fee.

Relax in a clean, welcoming, home that has been updated. There are 2 fishing poles available for your use. We make sure they are in working condition and well maintained. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by. Want a beach....35 minute ride to Fort Island Trail Beach and boat ramp. We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

4 person, yamaha gas golf cart, offered at this baja style 2 BR, 2BA courtyard villa! The villa comes fully furnished with pots, pans, linens, and it even has a blow dryer and keurig! located in the De La Vista South area just off Morse, this villa is just a short cart ride to Spanish Springs or Sumter Landing. The villa has new stainless steel appliances, beautiful plank flooring, new carpet, and paint. King bed in the master, queen bed in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have TV.

Come and enjoy this beautiful 2 Bed/2 Bath Patio Villa Home. We have made it very relaxing and welcoming for your stay. You will enjoy just a 3 minute golf car ride to Sawgrass, 15 minute car ride to new Eastport and a 25 min ride to Brownwood. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the pool and Aviary rec center is about 5 minute golf car ride away. Golf Car included with home. Renter assumes all liability and will be responsible for any damage or injury caused by the use of the golf car.
