A marked trail to the site with trail markers for easy direction. This tiny house has solar powered WIFI and lights. This is not an insulated structure and during the winter months there is no running water. The outhouse is located about 50 feet from the tiny house. NOTE: BURN BAN CURRENTLY IN PLACE. All season cozy cabin in a quiet, peaceful woodsy oasis, 15 min from the Delaware River, and close to many of the wedding venues including Callicoon Hills, Seminary Hill and North Branch Inn. Fast wifi for working remotely, writer's retreat, romantic getaway, meditation, yoga, and time in nature. **We have an (inflatable) hot tub which we are filling week to week depending on the weather - we will see how it does over the winter.
