In addition to the living room, (living) kitchen and bathroom, there are four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has its own entrance to the outside. The bathroom and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs. The bedroom in the attic can only be reached via the second bedroom on the upper floor.

The apartment is situated in the upper Floor of a farm with horses. It is completely renovated and new. The cosy terrace is staffed with a lounge, charcoal barbecue, sunloungers and sunshade and invites to linger on sunny days. The sauna in the barn can be used against a fee (10 EUR per use). Space to bring your own horse available as well as guided trail rides on pre-arrangement and against fee. Please note, that with entrance of the barn the smell of horses is unavoidable.

The large living and dining area is characterized by a very large ceiling height and a lot of air (4.20 m height), the fully glazed barn gate brings light into the room. Slow down and take it easy. The property is located in an old farmhouse from 1850. Hallau is located in the countryside on the German border between the Black Forest and Lake Constance. There are public transport links, but the car is an advantage In a two-minute walk you can reach the bus station, grocery store, bakery and bank. We are child-friendly and non-smokers. I do a duck breeding. The ducks are in one of the two gardens.
