Spring Cottage, a cosy cotswold stone cottage

Our cottage sleeps 5-6 and is nestled in the Cotswold escarpment below Rodborough Common with over 300 acres of open countryside giving dramatic views over Stroud and the Severn Vale. Off the beaten track but only a short walk to Stroud. A great place to stay anytime of the year but with a woodburner it is very cosy in the winter. Only 1.5hrs by train from London. Loads of good walks nearby inc Cotswold Way. Short drives to Bristol, Cirencester, Gloucester and Cheltenham. Highchair,cot, stairgate available.

In an AONB, the farmstead sits on the edge of the Golden Valley. Dating back to the 1700s, Little Finch's Cottage is nestled within the original Farmhouse, where you can still find exposed beams and sunny window seats. Step through Little Finch's front door into the lounge/breakfast room which is linked to the bedroom by a steep spiral staircase.

Thrupp is a quiet hamlet only a mile from Stroud town centre. This apartment is an excellent base for enjoying all the delights and amenities of the immediate area and surrounds. Semi rural location - 10 minutes walk from town yet access to woods from our garden. We are proud to live amongst a mix of social housing near Forest Green Football club, and traditional Cotswold stone cottages. The cabin (8m x 4m) is double glazed. Well behaved dogs welcome. Optional use of hot tub which is 30m walk from the cabin (£25 per stay payable in cash on arrival). Free street parking. Most of our guests are young couples looking for a walking holiday with access to town.

The Garden Studio Graywalls Stroud

5 mins walk from Stroud train station, the wood clad Garden Studio is airy and modern and surrounded by green. It overlooks our garden, and apart from the trains (only 2 an hour) it’s peaceful but also so close to the pretty hilly town of Stroud. The bustling farmers market on a Saturday is a great fun and the commons and walks are spectacular. There is parking on our drive. To get to the studio walk down the gravel pathway past our front door. The key hold is by the studio door.

A fabulous, surprisingly spacious, terraced stone built Cotswolds holiday cottage set in the lovely rural parish of Rodborough. We've been busy with guests since completely refurbishing the cottage in 2011 - exposing beautiful stone walls, opening up the views, letting in more light, installing a wood-burner, and generally introducing modern contemporary comforts we like when we go on holiday. Please note we can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children (plus babies).
