House in beautiful Laxviken in Jämtland, 8 miles northwest of Östersund. The house is on a small farmhouse with grazing cows around the corner. In the summer you can swim in crystal clear water at the swimming jetty right nearby the house, or take a nice walk along the lake. Welcome to rent our newly built house in Borgafjäll. A gem to the mountains & ski resort! The cottage is located on Klöverbacken's cottage area at the foot of Klöverfjället. The cottage that sleeps eight people has magical views and nice material choices. Large combined kitchen - living room with fireplace for dinners and evening hangouts. Of course, there is a sauna and out on the property a small rippling mountain stream. Hiking and skiing around the corner and only five minutes by car to the village, Borga ski center and the slopes. Fur animals not allowed.

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue area on the patio with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake view, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the corner. Small house in the countryside.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home in Västerkälen outside Krokom. The house is out in the countryside with no neighbors, except for the residential building. Close to the mountain world, fishing and berry picking. About 1 hour with a car to the magic mountain world summer as winter, about 25 minutes with a car to central Östersund with a great range of restaurants and other activities. Bicycles and wood-fired sauna and boat are available to borrow for a fee. Animals are allowed, but not cats due to allergies.

Patio, barbecue grill. Friggebod with bunk bed. Pets only allowed in the friggeboden. Own jetty, rowboat, fishing in the lake. Boat motor and two kayaks can be rented. 3 km to free outdoor swimming, mini golf, 9-hole golf course, off-road tracks and homestead. Scooter and cross-country skiing from the cabin. Lovely place to rest, relax and "recharge".
