Situated in a quiet and peaceful area of Wilton, the interior is pretty and cosy and you can enjoy the garden with the river at the bottom. Whilst the neighbourhood is quiet, the house is convenient for the town centre which has great cafes, independent shops, a butchers, bakers, convenience stores, pubs and restaurants, all within walking distance. Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

Round the corner you can access the meadows which is a pleasant place for walking, from here you can walk all the way up to old Sarum. Stonehenge is approx a 15 min drive. There is parking at the rear of the property for 2 cars back to back.
