Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

In the quiet village center of Haiming, on the - 1st floor! - of our large, older house, we have two rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, nicely furnished. At the entrance of the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (about 10 or 3 minutes on foot) and car (P by the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region. Farm shop, baker, butcher are around the corner, 5 min to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Tyrolean cottage with lovingly renovated apartment. Beautiful view over the Gurgltal into the mountains. Quiet and unobstructed location right on the edge of the field. Right next to the entrance there is a large open outdoor fireplace for romantic evenings. The large property (about 1000 sqm) with fruit trees and beautiful, large terrace with another fireplace is at your disposal as well as any guests of the neighboring hut.

From this centrally located accommodation, you are in all important places in no time at all. The ski areas in the Ötztal, Pitztal, Paznauntal and Kaunertal are all within 40 minutes. Imst also has a family-friendly ski and toboggan area. In summer, the Area 47 and the Alpine Coaster are easily accessible for adventurous enthusiasts as well as plenty of huts and hiking trails and swimming lakes.
