Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Our old house has been built 500 years ago and completely renovated at 2011. It takes place in quite, Mediterranean street in center of Mali Ston, down second largest walls in entire world. House is nice place for everyone, especially for families. Mali Ston is just 45 kilometers away from Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik is famous for its historical heritage which is under UNESCO protection. Mali Ston is close to the Medugorje(85 km) and Split(180 km). Also, you can easily go to Korčula and Mljent island
