Well maintained cosy separate residence with secure parking, 1m from motorway & walking distance to town centre of Stafford (15-20 mins) - close to local amenities (gym/ restaurants /pubs / convenience store / launderette). The coach house is an annexe in the gardens of our house with a double bedroom on the mezzanine level. Downstairs, a sofa bed in the lounge, well equipped kitchen and bathroom with good shower and bath. SMART TV downstairs with 2 DVD players, Freeview & Fibre Optic wifi.

Stay in our converted piggery, built out of local stone and set in lovely grounds on the edge of Ipstones. Set back from a narrow country road which is barely trafficed, you will feel the stresses of modern life slip away. The Piggery is decorated as a tiny house, complete with its own shower and toilet and warmed by underfloor heating. The Piggery is a great base for visits to Alton Towers, The Peak District, The Potteries and for outdoor pursuits.

The annex is a self contained building standing next to our home. It has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a washing machine. We have a number of animals sharing our lives, most of whom are very happy to welcome visitors.
