Greenshadows - a detached 16th-century Scottish cottage fronting River Leny with views of Ben Ledi in the heart of the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park. The house has a rich history. Locally called ‘The Pink House’, it was a safe haven during the Jacobite uprising. The author of ‘The Junglebook’ is thought to have resided at Greenshadows for a short period. Of note is William Turner’s painting of Ben Ledi from Kilmahog Bridge (on display at the Tate Gallery) just a few hundred metres away.

Immaculate new build apartment (2019) which has been newly furnished and decorated to a high standard in January 2021. The apartment sits beneath Stirling Castle (15 minute walk), with a view toward the National William Wallace Monument (10 minute drive) and the stunning Ochil Hills. There is a large supermarket very close to the apartment (5 minute walk). The apartment is perfect for guests looking to visit Stirling and further afield for work or leisure. The Strath in Killearn is a delightful country home. The cosy seating area with wood burning stove opens into the kitchen and dining area. A large lounge with original fireplace is accessed through double doors. The kitchen doors provide access to the garden area, sheltered by surrounding trees. The two available comfortable double bedrooms upstairs provide views across the hills and countryside. A bathroom with bath and shower upstairs is complimented by the additional bathroom downstairs.

The Meadows is centrally located in Stirling, there is a nearby bus stop or private parking if required. The town centre, the bus station, the train station, Stirling University and the Wallace Monument are all within a 20 minute walking distance. The Meadows is a quiet, friendly street.

Matt and Annett welcome you to The Wee Hoose probably Scotland's smallest holiday home. Down a wee lane off the Main Street, you will find a charming cottage: one bedroom, open plan lounge/kitchen with feature wall and bathroom with shower. Callander is a vibrant town in the heart of the Trossachs National Park, indeed, right in the heart of Scotland. We do welcome pets also, but please note the Wee Hoose has NO garden, however, there are plenty of beautiful walks right on your doorstep.
