Originally listed as a horse stable in 1832, this building is now converted into a charming home with its own kitchen and toilet. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a stop along the way on the bike holiday. On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen and living room in one, with access to a private terrace as well as a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious room with four single beds and a view of the sea from one end of the room. The home must be left in the same condition as upon arrival. Breakfast is available for purchase.

The house is a summerhouse, in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a city with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and cinema. Nearest local restaurant is only 10 min from the house (on foot) . The nearest Supermarket and pharmacy is 5 min from the house by car. The house has a unique raised garden where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced in. The 2 of the rooms have double beds (120 cm and 160 cm) the last one has a single bed

Located directly to the Trampestien and only 300 meters to the water at Holtug Kridtbrud. Scenic and rural surroundings that greatly cater to hikers, bike tourists, anglers, ornithologists, ornithologists, or you who need peace and quiet and immersion. Also an obvious base for the small family who want to experience all the lovely sights and nature at Stevns. Large enclosed plot, however, not fenced with wire mesh. Skønt hus hvor du og din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i hjertet af kystbyen strøby egede. Huset har udover tre soveværelser, nyere fuldt udstyret køkken samt tilhørende have, med udestue og terrasse med tilhørende grill. I er tæt Indkøb og vandet som ligger 300m fra huset. Der 10 min kørsel til den gamle smukke handelsby køge, som indeholder masser af shopping, restauranter og caféer. I har 45 Minutters kørsel til København, en af verdens smukkeste hovedstader.

Cottage right by the water

Lovely, bright and cozy cottage right down to the water and Rødvig's best beach. The house is located at the end of the road and therefore overlooks the water. The house is retreated on the grounds and has a good front yard and large back yard, so there is always the opportunity to find sun and shelter. The house is within walking distance to Rødvig harbour with several good restaurants, ice rinks, playgrounds and a very cozy and authentic atmosphere.
