Enjoy 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, fully furnished kitchen, rec room, gas stove, large deck overlooking the lake, 50 feet sandy beach. Great flat lawn area mixed sun and shade. EZ dock with room for your boat! Loon Lake has great fishing opportunities. Fish off the dock or bring your boat! Camp Fun - where adults (+ kids) always have fun!

A retreat with the whole family or the perfect adult get away. Relax, unwind and enjoy the serene outdoors. From morning to night you are forced to slow down as you can't help but breath in the fresh air and take in the scenery. From the fire pit, hot tub, putting green, corn hole and large open grass area there is surely something for everyone. Sitting on Lake Roosevelt with some of the best water for fishing year round and boating, skiing, surfing tubing and swimming in the summer.

The Legacy House is split into two levels. You would rent the second level that boasts 10 foot ceilings and wall to wall windows to the breath taking view of Deer Lake. As you can see the second level opens right out onto the patio and a few steps to your own private beach. There is another 300 square feet of decking and a dock on the water for you added pleasure. Bring your loved ones, your , favorite book, and plenty of food to to fully enjoy this wonderful location.
