Welcome to our modern duplex bungalow, P07 Imbassai Privilege! We offer a comfortable, cozy environment, perfect for enjoying with friends and family. The property has 2 air-conditioned suites on the upper floor, and on the ground floor on the ground floor, air-conditioned living room with Smart TV and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, water filter, sandwich maker, air fryer, coffee maker and microwave. In the outdoor area is guaranteed an airy and comfortable environment with a sofa, table set and chairs for 6 people, hammock, brewery and barbecue to gather friends and family on their vacation rentals. There is additionally an internal patio, in addition to a service area equipped with washing machine. We comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Our apartment is located in the Imbassai Privilege Condominium, a development overlooking the Imbassai River and with private access a few meters from the beach, in front of the area of natural pools of Costa dos Coconut trees.
