Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach cafe. Fall asleep and wake up to the soda of waves. Two beds where you are on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and wc. Large terrace, barbecue. The house is in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

It is walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA store and to the many hiking trails in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass veranda.
