Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Cozy Beach House, a Block to the Beach!

This cozy beach house is in prime location. It is a block from the beach and boardwalk. Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. **Wedding Parties: This home is 2 blocks to HotelLBI, 1 mile to Bonnet Island Estate, 2 miles to Mallard Island. Walk to Bonnet Island using guarded walkway. We provide made beds, linens and for the beach: badges, towels, chairs and umbrellas. This house is a classic raised ranch on pilings. It has modern conveniences and beach-y decor. The location is great (2.5 blocks or 1/4 mile to beach)

GREAT location Right off Route 72, last turn before the causeway bridge. Parkway Exit 63. Relaxing view of the lagoon. Sit and watch the boats go by. IDEAL for events at The Mallard or Bonnet Island . Groups of single people under the age of thirty are encouraged to look elsewhere.
