Saale, market square, opera, hall market & university can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. The apartment is equipped with two nice and separate rooms. In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, coffee maker, etc.) and a small but nice, internal bathroom. The living room is minimalist and has a lounge and dining area.

In a private yard with lots of greenery, the comfortably furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. Due to the central location, you are quickly in the city center. In the living area, end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host).
