This stunning home is located in one of the most historic & whimsical areas of St. John's, known as The Battery. Every window has awe-inspiring views that bathe the space in lots of natural light. A wonderful getaway, minutes from the Signal Hill hiking trail & interpretation centre, and a quick walk to the heart of downtown. Each of the 3 beds (1 is a futon in loft) has an ensuite bathroom (with in-floor heating), which is great for larger groups. You won't want to leave this magical place.

I bought this house for it's excellent location. Churchill square is literally in my backyard with plenty of parks, walking trails, grocery stores, MUN, hospitals, restaurants, coffee shops and downtown all within walking distance. This area of St. John's is west down town, safe, and next to all shopping amenities such as the Village Mall and many surrounding restaurants and boutique shops. We are two minutes walk along the T'railway to the beautiful Bowering Park. Just a short hike to the East Coast Trail along the T'railway for you avid hikers!
