Pasquo cottage is set on the hillside of a 5-acre property, next to a 200-year-old home that served as a hospital in the civil war. It's on the western edge of Nashville, off Highway 100 and Sneed Road. The famous Loveless cafe is one mile away. We are 15 minutes from downtown Franklin, 25 minutes to Leaper's Fork, 15 minutes to Green Hills, 20 minutes to Downtown, 30 minutes to the Fontanel. Grocery, Starbucks, and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away in Bellevue. And don't forget the Loveless Cafe! Our closest restaurant to the house is world-famous for their biscuits, southern food, BBQ, and shops. Uber/Lyft available.

The Little Red Door on Evans Street

The Little Red Door is located in historic downtown FRANKLIN. It is an easy 5-10 minute walk to nearby coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, barber shops and salons, and historic civil war sites. This place is all about comfort. Warm colors and local art adorn the space as well as an assortment of books and magazines for your enjoyment. The sleeping accommodations can be 1 king bed or two twin beds. You let us know how you would like the space set before you arrive. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, garbage disposal, microwave, full size toaster oven, one stove burner, ice maker, French press and automatic coffee maker, hot pot and dishes, silverware and other essentials for your stay. The kitchen table expands to seat 4 or can be used as a workspace. The bath has a full size shower equipped with shampoo, body wash and lotion. Q-tips and cotton balls, tissues and a hair dryer are also available.

Location is 3 minutes from Saturn Pkwy. ( GM plant) and approximately 30 minutes from downtown Nashville. Upstairs apartment in separate building 50 yards from our main house, private entrance, with private balcony. A subdivision is being developed in the 50 acres behind our property and you will hear and see work from the construction site. This charming house is within walking distance of downtown Columbia with it's historical public square, shops, restaurants and dining. Walking trails, parks, great views of the duck river and a splash pad for the kids is located just across from this home. Local farmers market every Tues, Thurs and Sat.
