In winter ski touring, ice skating, sledging, cross-country skiing, skiing, snowboarding. In summer hikes, biking, bouldering in the Magic Woods and wildlife watching. All year round, paragliding flights and the Andeer mineral bath. Products are freshly available in the village from the farm, follow in the neighboring village, post bus stop is right in front of the house.

Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista del primo bacino del lago di Como ed ammirare la città.
