A short 20 mins stroll will take you to GMHBA Stadium, 10-15 to the station, Geelong city centre and the Waterfront to enjoy an array of bars, live music venues and vibrant nightlife. The Spirit of Tasmania Ferry is only an 11 minutes drive

Located in one of Geelong's most sought after suburbs, this bright and airy private studio provides a welcome retreat close to the heart of the city, whilst offering quick and easy access to everything Geelong has to offer. Being brick with double-glazed windows, the space is quiet and peaceful. And the private deck, which is screened by a hedge, offers secluded outdoor sitting. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

It has a 1 car lockup garage, heating in the living area and portable heating in the bedrooms. We also have a porta cot available for use. Not suitable for large groups and definitely no parties.
