The "Worst" home, Best stay in Pagosa!

This new house designed to maximize sleeping space, location, comfort and views of nature! You will have unobstructed views of a beautiful lake in front, as well as the golf course and the mountains in the front and rear. In the mornings you will enjoy sitting on the large front deck watching the hot air balloons as they take off nearby. Wildlife sightings are also a treat as you could see Foxes, Bears, Deer, Elk, and a variety of birds. License # 006492

This is a brand new house, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, perfect for family vacations. Home is located within walking distance to hot springs, restaurants, main street shopping, along with grocery store. Everything is close to the home. Anything that you would need to make a gourmet meal is included with the house.
