Riverside View is a modern 2 bedroom apartment, on the ground floor and is situated on the banks of the River Ayr. It has a private patio overlooking the River which captures the sun from morning until evening. The apartment is situated in central Ayr and only a short walk away from the bars, restaurants and shops. Situated on a working sheep farm with stunning panoramic views. We are based within walking distance from the town of Maybole which offers great transport links. We have so many attractions on our doorstep like Culzean Castle, Heads of Ayr Farm Park, Trump Turnberry resort, Burns country, some of the best golf courses in Scotland and many excellent restaurants. We have a quirky vestry, suitable for 2 adults or small family, attached to a converted church on Whiting Bay seafront. The Vestry has recently been converted to a high standard. Enjoy a wonderful break at our bright seafront apartment. We are perfectly situated across from 2miles of golden sandy beach. The house is at the quieter residential end but still within easy walking distance of Ayr Town centre's shops, restaurants and pubs. The beachfront indoor and outdoor playparks are 5 mins walk away. Belleisle Park is nearby with it's excellent municipal Golf course and gardens. NowTV , Disney+ and Netflix are also included along with a Wii console and games.
