A one-bedroom apartment with a sauna in a good location. Illuminated ski trails and hiking trails are nearby. Sports clothes can be washed in the machine and dry in the drying cabinet. After the loop, you can relax in the sauna. For your car, you'll find a canopy with a heating outlet. Electricity and hybrid car charging is not possible here. The nearest charging point can be found in the yard of a nearby S-market The final cleaning of the apartment belongs to the tenant. Please bring your own linens and towels.

A newly renovated stylish one-bedroom apartment in a quiet area just a few kilometers from Sotkamo and about eight kilometers from the services of Vuokatti. Just near the beach and a small park with a swimming dock. In winter, access to Sotkamo and Pirttijärvi and Hiukanharju trails. There is a local bus from Sotkamo-Vuokatti. The apartment has excellent music listening and smart TV, among other things. The equipment allows for a longer stay. Next door, a child and animal friend, the host couple.

Cozy and clean 26 square meter studio apartment in the centre of Kajaani, built in the 1970s, within walking distance of the amenities. The house has an elevator.
