Our newly built courtyard houses two identical holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area, and a cosy corner. There's TV and wifi. Baby cot rental or extra guest bed available for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with afternoon and evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in beautiful rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and beach as well as the island's best fishing waters. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city center and 1.5 km from airport.

Superb area, nice to walk/hike with great views of the fjord. Just by the gendarme path ( hiking trail)

A cozy house close to water and sights.

My house is 105 m2 is on one level, located on a corner plot in an area that was built in 1965.It is not modernized, but cozy . Outside is green, so use the garden most of the year. I live centrally in relation to shopping, the city center, the sea, and the historic Dybbøl. Everything in walking distance within 20 minutes. I love art and practice, which characterizes every room. You have to take a look at it and read it in books and magazines. For kids, there are games , for adults, some good music at the table. SMOKING only outdoors.

In the oldest part of Sønderborg on a street blocked from traffic is our "dollhouse" with 2 min walk to the waterfront, 6 min. to Sønderborg Castle and 8 min. to the finest, child-friendly beach. Bright, cozy 60 sqm apartment for two people with conservatory and separate entrance. From the red sofa in the living room and the wooden terrace there is a beautiful view of the water. The hygiene egg (electricity included!)

Our second holiday home was completed in the summer of 2021. Also this time we have done everything to make the house both stylish and child-friendly. Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer a variety of play options such as swing, trampoline and soccer goals. We have put a lot of effort into the setup and hope that you like it.
