A ground floor apartment of a newly built house that has been specifically designed, furnished and decorated to make the most of light and space and also to improve it from a simple place to a spacious and comfortable resting lodge. Very peaceful, quiet location, no traffic. Ideal for couples, or a family with 1-2 children. If you need more rooms, it can be combined with our Enastron guest room (1 bedroom-bathroom, sleeps 2) on Airbnb that is rented separately.

Cozy 1-bedroom apartment (40m2) for 2-3 persons in house situated in a quiet residential area, yet in the heart of Skiathos town, downhill (!), next to a closed green space featuring a big lemon tree. The green space is not (yet) accessible but provides a lot of natural light and privacy. The house is very conveniently located within a 5mn walk to mini-markets, two natural water sources, Papadiamanti street, the old port, bus stop nr4 and Megalis Ammos beach.
