The cabin is located by Heivannet with child-friendly beach and close to restaurant Solvika. Here you have a great starting point for an active cabin life, with good hiking opportunities nearby, cross country skiing in winter time and a lot of coziness in the water with a kayak or boat in summer time. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to Høyt&Lavt Vestfold climbing park. The cabin has a new, well-equipped open plan kitchen with living room.

It is said that Telemark is Norway in miniature. Ulefoss is again the most central point for exploring Telemark. Day trips to Oslo to the east or Kristiansand to the south-west are fine. The house of Tangen is located on the waterfront in the middle of the Telemark Canal, with 70 meters of swimming and fishing-friendly beach. You sit in the first row to an amazing wildlife with ducks, swans, geese and not least beavers who daily have their swimming trips past the garden. Feel free to rent our boat and try your luck at fishing all over the river.

Our residence at Ulefoss, is architecturally built to frame Telemark Canal's largest lake, Norsjø. The home is 100 m2 with 2 bedrooms, alcoves with 4 beds (playroom), kitchen, 2 living rooms, bathroom with steam shower and unashamed terrace. On the down side are docks, islets and the possibility of swimming, fishing and canoeing. Other; Sommarland in Bø (Norway's largest water park), Norsjø Golfpark and Gullbringbadet, is short away, and reasonable to use. Feel free to ask host if wish to borrow canoe, redn.vester etc.

Pretty new bathroom with heating cables, shower cubicle, wall-mounted toilet and washing machine. 2 bedrooms in loft (low ceiling height) beds 1.5x2m An annex sleeps 3 and wardrobe, plus a sofa bed with extra sleeping space. Short distance to the beach 2-3 minutes walking distance, good fishing and hiking areas. Private small jetty. It is a popular area with bustling summer life from Olavsberget and Kattøya. 7 km to Porsgrunn city centre with about 7 minutes drive by car.
