Warm welcome to this child-friendly villa. The house has nice big social spaces inside & outside. In the garden, there is a jacuzzi, lovely lounge furniture,as well as barbecue, pizza oven and a wok pan. There are 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two 90 beds, and a room with a 90 bed. There are electric car chargers as well as parking. Car charging there is a charge. On the plot there is a newly built luxury guesthouse that can be rented if you wish. It is 10 minutes by bike to the beach

Beachfront unique house with nice outdoor environment

In this national romantic house from 1905 you can enjoy in front of the fireplace, barbecue and have a drink on the large patio or take a short walk down to Falsterbo's stunning sandy beach. 5-6 people live comfortably in this charming and gently renovated house with carpentry fun and high coziness. It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and the idyllic center of Falsterbo. On the large forest area, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for borrowing.

New renovated house outside Vellinge. Very good strategic location. Close to Malmö/Hyllie (8 km) Ljunghusen/Skanör\Falsterbos white wonderful beaches (15 mins). Öresundsbron/Malmö (10min) and Copenhagen (30min), Österlen (about 45min). Perfect for excursions in the area or work trip. Modern, homey, cozy place with all the comforts! A harmonious house to be taken care of! All new August 2022! Lovely large wooden deck with pergola, outdoor furniture, barbecue, etc. Secluded and cozy garden facing south.

Lovely villa between Malmö/Vellinge

Lovely Skåne summer villa within walking distance to the sea, lake and nature reserve. This is the gem that both children and adults like. Next door to the house there is an appreciated diving tower in the water-filled lime quarry, playground for the smaller children and a football field for the older children. In Klagshamn you will also find a cozy marina and beaches along the Öresund coast. If you take the car you are in Skanör/Falsterbo - or why not Denmark - in 20 minutes.
