The chicken coop that became a modern apartment on the farm

The old chicken house at Lyckås Gård became a pleasant apartment. Free location with proximity to expanses and Söderåsen. 6 km to Klippan, 34 km to Helsingborg, 24 km to Söderåsens National Park. The apartment is located in an old half-timbered house. It was decorated and completed in 2017. Fully modern, but with the old beams preserved. Nice walking and biking paths in the nearby area and close to the forest and silence. Environmental considerations and thinking in the courtyard with solar cells, among other things. Well stocked with outdoor seating with furniture and gas grill.

Farmhouse in historic village in Österlen

Make yourself at home and cozy up in this rustic accommodation. Your stay is part of a converted barn from the 19th century, located in a village. In the entrance you are greeted by a stone ceramics floor and a living room with access to a private patio. Furnishings have been carefully selected and are a collection of old and new, with much of the old hand-picked from antique dealers and local shops. On the lower level there is a country kitchen, where a staircase leads up to a large bedroom.

An idyllic two floor house in Rörum with three bedrooms, more than 100 years old and carefully renovated, in one of the most picturesque areas. 115 m2 plus 30 m2 studio, a former barn perfect for summer dinners. The cosy 1300 m2 garden is filled with old apple trees, several patios, walking distance to picturesque Rörum with restaurants and famous Mandelmanns trädgårdar, but also to a fantastic trekking area. At cycling distance there is Sweden's most beautiful beach (?) Knäbäckshusen. Welcome!

Peaceful and family friendly accommodation on Skåne farm with antique shop. Centrally located in Österlen, close to magical sandy beaches and sea as well as other cultural and nature experiences. 15 minutes by car to the nearest sandy beach. Situated in the middle between Simrishamn and Ystad, the Churg Tower will be the perfect springboard to all of Österlen's treasures. The farm owner - who lives on the farm- is very happy to share tips!

Newly renovated part of former barn! Here you live in the countryside with the thyme field right on the doorstep. With a newly renovated kitchen with a large kitchen island, there are conditions for dinner with friends around the stove. Welcome to stay in my charming dance studio 10 km from Höör city. It is situated in a renovated farmbuilding with its own kitchen, bathroom, sleeping attic and dance space/livingroom. Table-tennis and other toys. Big yardarea for relaxing and play. Enjoy the wild surroundings and forests. There is a beautiful swimming lake 10 mins away with car. From Höör 1 hr with train to Copanhagen, 40 min to Malmö, 20 min to Lund.
