A newly built cottage with room for many, in quiet area with 3 km from Luleå city center! Here you have all the amenities and functions! The house is child friendly and accommodates larger parties where everyone gets space and full standard. Own airflow system in the attic. Underfloor heating in all rooms. Patio, access to farm. The house has three bedrooms: bedroom ground floor, bedroom loft and private loft from the living room. All beds have bed standard; suspension with a mattress topper of which two memory foam. Cleaning included. Comfortable trip!

Guest house on small island, nice sea view

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish home. Staying on an island adds an extra dimension to the tranquility. In summertime, the short crossing (400 meters) takes place to the island with a small boat that is included. In winter, a snowmobile shuttle takes place. Outdoors there is SPA baths that hold 38 degrees year round. There is also a wood fire sauna. If you are 3 or 4 people, you also live in a separate sleeping cabin. Transfer to and from Luleå AirPort we can usually arrange for price surcharges. Ask us for this before you book.

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hobs. The "fireplace" with many windows has a private wood-burning stove that both heats and creates a completely private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. Separett) available next to the fireplace room. Door from the fireplace room leads to private patio. Welcome to our cozy grandfather's cottage located on beautiful Hållgården in scenic Hemmingsmark, about two miles from Piteå C. Here you can relax in a classic environment on our Norrbotten farm, visit nearby lakes and forest, and read. Maybe you can also see the northern lights like this year! In the yard there is a barbecue area and surfaces for children to play. Pets are welcome and on the farm there are three dogs. The cottage has WiFi, and there is washing machine and dryer. The TV has Chromecast, DVD and Play Station 3.

Relax and snuggle in this quiet and well-planned accommodation by the sea. The guest house is a separate building on the owner's property with self-catering. Here you live in the middle of nature while reaching Piteå center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4 you only have 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make fire at the barbecue area, dock berries, ski and ice skating during the winter months. Here you also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic year-round!

Centrally located villa in Öjebyn, near Piteå

This house is located very close to most things you need such as restaurants, grocery stores, bakery, bathhouse and some small shops. By bus, car or bicycle you can get to the center of Piteå very easy. Only a stone's throw away there is the historically part of the church and the old church town. Within 350 meters there is a restaurant called Paltzerian were you can find the famous Palt which is a local delicacy. The house itself is newly renovated inside and pictures will be updated shortly.

Nice cottage in a rural setting near the coast

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.
