Beautiful home in the center. Private sauna, spacious bathroom with washing machine and glazed balcony for extra comfort. 2007 built elevator house, accessible access. A warm garage space for the car. Located near the shopping center and restaurants. A short trip to the market and theater. Kitchen equipment for cooking. Coffee and tea included.
