Great, 60 sqm apartment on the high mountain, under 2 from Oslo. Perfect place for the outdoors summer and winter. Top tours, trail biking, ski in/ski cross country and alpine skiing, fishing and canoeing. Amazing view! Relax by the fireplace or enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony. The restaurant in Lavvoen is only a 5 min walk away. The apartment has its own parking spot where you can charge your electric/hybrid car by agreement with the owner. Mindre enn 2 timers kjøring fra Oslo (ca 100 km fra Sandvika) og Gardermoen, finner du Norefjell. På vinteren er dette et av norges største skianlegg og på sommer / høst et eldorado for friluftsliv på høyfjellet. Leiligheten var ny høsten 2022 og fremstår som moderne og med høy standard - tilpasset tur- og skiopplevelser samt rolige kvelder. Kun 100 meter unna ligger restauranten Olympique med høy kvalitet restaurant, pizzeria og afterski (åpen i helger og høstferie).

New flat, ski in/out, great views and sun all day

Stylish and modern cabin-inspired flat in new building with great views. Very close to ski lifts with ski-in and ski-out, as well as right next to cross country skiing and hiking trails. Large 16 sqm balcony with sun all day. The flat has indoor parking, heated flooring throughout, all the modern amenities and two good-sized bathrooms with showers. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Netflix etc. All this while keeping a real cabin feel with wooden panels throughout.

Stay in/ski out on fantastic Norefjell with the alpine slope 2 meters from the house wall. View of Krøderfjorden and to the alpine slope. Convenient if the kids are driving on their own in the children's lift just outside the house wall and kitchen window. The apartment has a veranda, sauna, fireplace, tv, washing machine and dishwasher. In addition, there is a private parking space outside. Send a request if you don't get booked for the desired dates.
