Unit 1 is half of a two-unit apartment hotel centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants in beautiful Sierraville. Yes, we do have Internet. Unit One is ADA-compliant with a large bedroom and bathroom. It's perfect for a family vacation with a sofa bed in the living room. From The Valley House, you can walk to Sierraville's two fantastic restaurants and it's a beautiful bike or car ride to Sierra Valley Hot Springs Resort, for all-day soaks, spa experiences and organic dining.

In Gold Country

Cozy private space to relax in and take a nice break from all the outdoor fun. Complimentary Wine, Craft Beer, coffee, and other beverages. The dining table overlooks the pine forest, there’s a lounge room with a large comfy sectional couch and a vinyl record player with records to enjoy! Fire TV in the bedroom set up for streaming, and a DVD player. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:)

This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch.
