This sunny and modern apartment ( 68 sq m) is just 400 meters from a wide, guarded beach on the Baltic Sea. There are two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and terrace. Two TV sets, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, iron, cooker etc. The apartment is situated in a gated community and so very safe. Facilities include a safe playground, parking place, barbecue area, volleyball pitch and bike rental ( 7 $ per day) is available. Wi-Fi is free in the apartment. The community is surrounded by the Eastern Eco Park. You can ride on a magnificent bike path ( Bike the Baltic) which run through the Park and dunes to the center of Kołobrzeg within 15 minutes. Around the apartment are small grocery shops, bars and a cafe. You can enjoy sea-fishing, horse riding, Nordic walking and all kinds of water sports. The closest beach is one of the most beautiful, wildest and cleanest in the area, and is almost empty even during the summer season.

On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and sofa, a kitchenette (fridge, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker), and a bathroom with shower and steam cabin. Floor - it is two rooms (two and three people) one with access to a large terrace, while the other with a romantic balcony. Upstairs there is also a second bathroom with a washing machine. Beautiful vegetation together with the pond creates a nice atmosphere.

#The new apartment in the special place. 300m from the beautiful beach. Quite place but close to the city center. Few very good restaurants in a walking distance. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Gym. The apartment has its own private and closed parking lot under the building and additional big box where the guests can put their bicycles/ windsurfing etc. The apartment is also equipped with large terrace (approx 10 m2) with sitting facilities. The guests mamy use 2 bikes provided.

We would like to invite you to stay in the summer cottages of Sianozeta, just a short walk away from the sea. The cottages are located in the south part of the town on the street "Floral 22a", about 8 minutes walk from the beach. In our offer we have 3 wooden cottages (36 m² with terrace) for 4 people. The cottages are located on a fenced plot with a barbecue area and a large children's play area. All facilities are self-contained, there are no common parts such as staircases.

Lovely and bright new studio apartment in west side of town. Located on the ground floor with a big, green private terrace. This is very quiet part of town only 400m from the beach and 15 min walk from city centre. Is perfect for the couple or travelers with a pet.
