Our place is right on the beach, with close nightlife and the Warf, and other shopping and family-friendly activities. You’ll love the place because of the updated kitchen, beautiful view from the screened in patio, the comfy bed, and the touches of home and coziness. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). There is a community pool to relax and have a soak or simply enjoy the water of the ocean. Also, community grill and gazebo for use.

This 2 bedroom 1 bath condo is spacious and gorgeous! Large kitchen with everything you need. The beds are super comfortable. Laundry room in the condo for your use. The patio steps out to pool and gardens. With only 4 units in our complex on a quiet residential street, you'll enjoy your own piece of paradise. Just steps from the pristine Boggy Sand Beach. Walk to area restaurants, grocery, liquor store and bus stop.

The apartment was previously used by us as a home. It has everything you need for a relaxed vacation. It is located on the northern side of the complex with a pleasant peaceful garden view yet close to the action on the Seven Mile Beach corridor where Camana Bay, the nightlife and famous Seven Mile Beach are located. The amenities of the complex and Margeritaville resort are a short walk away.

A superb location to all things fun makes this condo a great spot! Centrally located to Spotts Beach or Smith Cove Beach its only 10 mins away or George Town to Seven Mile Beach 15 mins away. Ideally located to explore both coasts. Out of the way of the hustle & bustle but close to it if you like. Two grocery, convenient stores and restaurants within a few mins.
