Situated in one of the best districts of Setúbal, this apartment full of natural light and a balcony overlooking Palmela Castle is the ideal place for those looking for a few days of quiet. The apt is close to cafes, supermarket and other services and is approximately 12 min. walk from the city center and the ferry to Troy. A 3 min walk is possible to take a bus to the beaches of Arrábida (only in the bathing season) and the bus and train to Lisbon is less than a 10-minute walk away.

Renovated and fully equipped 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area of Setúbal. We have AC in the living room/kitchen (unique space) and in the bedroom. The windows (double glazed) are new, allowing for heat/cold and noise insulation. The kitchen is new: refurbished in December 2023. Close to Supermarket, McDonalds, pastry shops and restaurants. It's easy, safe and free to park on the street. Fast Vodafone internet, ideal for home office.
