It is operated as a private house in a 34-pyeong apartment (I don't live by the host) "Christmas, Holiday • New Year Gathering Welcome" It is a 34-pyeong apartment on the first floor where our children can run and play as much as they want. There is plenty for 3 families to come. There are no vehicles on the ground, so it's safe for children to play in the complex. Security guards are available 24 hours a day. There is a security device for the common entrance, so it is safe because external people can't enter. 1. There is free parking for 24 hours (multiple cars available) & electric charging stations (4 cars) -Line 2 Guui Station, Dong Seoul Terminal, and Seongsu are about 5-10 minutes away. It is good for sightseeing and local travel in Seoul. 2. Lotte World Children's Grand Park Sangsangnara, Ttukseom Amusement Park, etc., so it's good for traveling with children. 3. There are food alleys and Konkuk University flavors, so you can enjoy a variety of food. 4. "GS 25 convenience store, pharmacy, karaoke room, laundromat, beauty salon" in front of the front door of the apartment, etc. 5. "Body Friend Massage Chair" is popular!!! 6. 86 "TV 7. A quiet and meaningful cottage on the shores of Paldang Lake, Joan-myeon, Namyangju-si. The second-floor annex overlooking the lake has been refurbished in a flowering-age style to make it a space where parents and memories are shared. The lower floor is a mini gallery, and you can use the espresso machine and bottled water there. The building looks like the main house, but the structure is completely separate. On the second floor, the shower room, bedroom, living room, balcony, office space, and kitchen facilities are completely separated. Beautiful Paldang Lake perimeter path, small forest perimeter path, and riverside bike path. Abundance. Fertility and Natural Ecological Parks. Catholic Horse Sanctuary. Fertility Covenant House. Museum of Practice. Pretty cafes and restaurants are all within a 10-minute walk. Traditional Hanok Dongchonjae (for 1 team only/free breakfast/free parking)

Dongchonjae is located in Seochon Village, very close to Gwanghwamun Square, the center of Gyeongbokgung Palace and Seoul. It consists of Anchae, Sarangchae, and Annex Room. Built in 1939, Dongchonjae is recognized as a traditional hanok by the City of Seoul and the government (Korea Tourism Organization). Dongchonjae has opened its home by a retired couple and has been operating since October 2020. Guests use 4 rooms, living room (Daecheongmaru), kitchen, 2 toilets (inside: shower available, outside: difficulty showering), Numaru and yard.
