"The right spot" Cheerful house in ideal location

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located AirBnB. We have all you need in this 2 bd/1 ba compact house. Newly renovated 800ish sq ft house in a quiet residential neighborhood overlooking a park with huge oak trees. There are two small bedrooms, each with queen size beds. Large closets in each for hanging/storing clothes. Large windows throughout the house allowing ample natural lighting. The living room has seating & 40" flat screen TV. A sunny garden studio in peaceful Fisher Park historic neighborhood that's an easy walk to downtown, restaurants/breweries, baseball stadium. Perfect location. Private with a separate entrance. One queen bed and a love seat pull out bed that sleeps one (in separate room). Wifi. Plenty of on street parking. Very close to Elon University, restaurants and shopping. Have had many Elon student's parents stay here for various activities. Many come back until son or daughter graduates. It's just a comfortable, clean home for relaxing from your day's activities. Garage is also available, so if storage is needed, you have that access as well.
