Welcome to Bench 170. *we are on site and are downstairs as per the BC gov't rules* The entire upper floor and yard is guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Romantic Cottage by the Sea

Our romantic cottage at “The Rock” is situated on our waterfront property about halfway between Gibsons and Sechelt; it's the perfect place to chill out and explore the Sunshine Coast. Close to hiking trails, kayaking, paddle boarding and shopping. We live in the main house down by the water, our private cottage is located at the entrance to the property. There is beach access about 50 feet away from the driveway as at times our beach can be dangerous due logs that pile up from winter storms.
