The Tree House Is an Idyllic Family Getaway Nestled in the Valley Behind Table Mountain.

The Tree house offers so much enjoyment for the entire family. Wake up to breath taking mountain views, the sound of bird song and watch squirrels play in the trees. Start your day by enjoying a cup of Espresso and let us take care of your laundry to maximise your play time. The Tree House is child friendly with a big play area for the kids so that parents can sit back and relax on the swing bench, enjoy the Jacuzzi or go out on an adventure in the area! The Treehouse is located in the heart of the Constantia wine route and surrounded by kid friendly restaurants. The beach is a 5 minute ride and closest shop only 1.7 km from the house. There is a young family with kids (6&7 years old) living in the main house upstairs, but the large exclusive and private guesthouse , garden and Jacuzzi downstairs is for your private use!#kidsparadise The Tree House is a large double story wooden home nested in the trees (500 square meters for entire house and 1500 square meters for the property). The bottom floor is operating as a separate house or a guest house and is exclusively rented out for guests. This is your private space. The space includes your own fully equipped kitchen. With the guests private balcony they can enjoy dinner amongst the trees and pop outside to gaze at the stars with each room’s private entrance. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with full view of the mountains and garden with block out curtains to sleep in late or open them up to the sun making it's way over the mountain and lighting up the forestry garden. The second bedroom is large and has 2 beds that can be substituted for a king size bed. The bathroom has a big shower and a heated towel rail. The open plan lounge is large with a dining table and kitchen area that opens up onto a balcony and garden. The large glass doors may be pulled fully to the one side, a perfect place to kick back and relax. A Snooza is also available on request that can accommodate another person. The Snooza can be used as a chair during the day and open up to a single bed at night. That way we can accommodate 5 people. Please note that there will be a charge of R499 per person after 4 guests. Please note we are living on the top floor but you have your own suite downstairs that is completely separate and private The cleaning fee includes the use of the washing machine and we will hang and dry the clothes, but ironing is an extra charge or make use of the iron in your suite. *We have a VW Polo for hire exclusively for Airbnb guests. We have however river rights and we fill the jacuzzi with beautiful mountain water full of feinbos tenants recognizable by the darker water. It is perfectly fine to lounge in though! It’s like lying in a heated forest pool. We do charge R199 per day to warm the jacuzzi up and keep it heated up cost us R200 per day. Should you want to make use of the jacuzzi let us know so that we can heat it up 9 hours before your arrival. A daily fee of R199 per day will be added to your stay should you wish to have the jacuzzi turned on every day. Please note that you can you the jacuzzi as is for NO extra charge, it’s just to heat the jacuzzi that will cost R200. We find that one can heat up the jacuzzi and it keeps warm for several days so no need to keep the heaters on all day every day. But that is entirely up to each family how hot they want the jacuzzi. Guests have their own private entrance. Each room has its own entrance and balcony. Guests can make use of our garage for parking as well as ample parking next to the rooms. Wake up to beautiful mountain views at a spacious, open-plan family home with plenty of natural light. Revitalise body & mind in the luxurious bath, or unwind on an outdoors just a block from idyllic Camps Bay beach. 6 adults, 2 children = total 8 guests Stunning open-plan space leading onto huge garden and pool with magnificent views of Lion's Head which is truly amazing to hike up & one of the best free things to do whilst in Cape Town. Spacious bedrooms, beautiful modern bathrooms & the entire property renovated as per the photos. Entire property is available for guests. Update on the water situation here in Cape Town: Level 6b restrictions were placed in effect on the 1st February. Daily water consumption per person has been limited to 50 litres. There is adequate water for tourists; essential daily needs such as washing, using the toilet, and daily hygiene. During peak season (November – January) international tourists only add 1% to the population of the Western Cape. This number drops from April – September. If visitors follow the daily usage guideline the impact would therefore be negligible. The tourism sector supports approximately 300 000 much needed jobs across the Western Cape - it is vital to preserve these jobs. "Day Zero" has been avoided for 2018, therefore water will not be cut off. However, travellers need to remain mindful of the drought and practice water-wise tourism when visiting. At present, visitors are able to shower and maintain daily hygiene. The majority of tourism establishments have put in place measures to ensure their water usage is reduced, and many have developed plans for alternative supplies. Recommended guidelines suggest a shower of 90 seconds. The use of baths is entirely discouraged. More than available to assist with any queries or information required during your stay - with pleasure! We go the extra mile - there's less competition there! Camps Bay is a trendy suburb seven minutes from the centre of one of the world’s most beautiful cities. Set against the impressive backdrop of Table Mountain, Camps Bay beach is one of the city's largest and most beautiful areas. Public transport is literally a few metres away along the beach front. UBER is super popular too. Guests choose UBER especially over the crazy summer season - much easier! The property though offers a double garage plus off-street parking so if hiring a car, then no problem at all NO SMOKING WHATSOEVER - only on the patio outside and the garden. Check-out is 11am Check-in 2pm Either myself, my Dad, or brothers, Russ and Dean will be available to meet and give all guests access.

The Main House level of the beach house is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are on the ocean level and the 4th master bedroom is downstairs. (The Upper Penthouse level is completely separate to the Main House Level) This Beach Villa - this property is situated directly on Glen Beach. (The small enclave nestled between Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches) Paradise at its best. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room open out onto a large decked pool area. Your beach gate leads right onto the beach. Uninterrupted sea views. Glen Beach is uniquely situated with only 15 beach homes. We are within walking distance to the local restaurant strip. The Main House section has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8. Should your party be larger, the upper penthouse can be combined to allow for a maximum of 12 guests. The Main House is completely private, with it's own private pool. The upper penthouse has it's own pool and balconies. The Beach Gate is communal. Sean, Mary-Louise or another member of our family will be there to check you in and make sure that you are comfortable. We are contactable at all times, should there be any questions needing answers to. The home is situated in the famous international landmark that is Camps Bay. The locale’s crystal clear oceans and soft white beaches—which are within walking distance—draw tourists. Indulge at one of the acclaimed restaurants on the strip. If you want to relax and soak up the sun, walking within the Camps Bay area is easy. Should you wish to explore all Cape Towns other beautiful spots, we recommend to hire a car. This is also extremely easy and can be done at the airport, or once you are at the villa. Cape Town also has a reliable bus system call the Myciti bus.
