The Lakeview Blue House is within walking distance of Lake Cumberland, several restaurants, gas stations and a liquor store. There is a seasonally open public boat ramp directly over the hill from the home and many others including Waitsboro, Burnside Marina and Burnside Island State Park/ ramp nearby.

This is an older home, but it’s a comfortable 2 bed, 1 bath unit that’s only 15-20 minutes from Lake Cumberland. The unit is 1 of 2 apartments in this home as someone lives in the unit upstairs. There are train tracks about 1/2 mile so you may hear a train from time to time.
