It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel silver region at the foot of the Tux Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wild Oven. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. Our farm is located in a quiet, sunny location in Hart at about 800m above sea level. The apartment has four double rooms with shower ,toilet and balcony. A large kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove with oven, coffee maker, kettle, sat ,TV and radio. It is a completely enclosed floor. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are also provided. There are also good restaurants and shops nearby. Innsbruck is easily accessible by car or train.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great view of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, plates slide, toboggan, go tours, snowshoe hikes. We have over 50 bee colonies on our lands, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
