Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the wooded and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you a holiday apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree about 500m in front of the Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 persons with child. Guests are allowed to bring pets. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a seating area with TV, a separate work area with desk and Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is located under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already on the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also outdoor cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike you can explore the nearby surroundings or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. On Lake Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. The tram takes about 15 minutes to get to the old town of Köpenick, where you can visit the famous town hall of Köpenick with its ratchet cellar and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (a 15-minute walk or tram) you can immerse yourself in the bustle of Berlin in just 30 minutes.

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

The small apartment has about 30 m², a shower + toilet as well as a living/sleeping room with integrated kitchen area and is particularly suitable for couples and business travellers. If you are looking for accommodation for activities in the capital Berlin or in a beautiful, scenic environment, this is a great place to stay. The tram to Berlin is about a 7-minute walk, from there by S-Bahn to the city another about 45 minutes, by car you are in the city center in 30 minutes.

Our holiday bungalows B1 and B2 are located on a large, quiet plot on the banks of the Müggelspree. Both are identical in terms of layout and equipment and meet above-average requirements. They are easily accessible by car and public transport. Lots of parking on the premises. Various shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The apartment is situated in a former bakery in the historic Fischerkietz. The road train with its listed houses is reminiscent of a turn-of-the-century village road. The castle island as well as the old town with all amenities are in walking distance. In the summer one may swim in the river bath or in the Müggelsee. Ber Airport CAN be reached in 45 minutes by bus (162/164) and S-Bahn (45/9). If you want to combine a city trip and relaxation, this is the place to be.

Quiet apartment on the outskirts of Berlin. On two floors we can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideal for all who want to get to know Berlin, but want to end the evening comfortably and in a quiet atmosphere. An advantage would be the journey by car, which can safely be parked in front of the propert. The underground can be reached by car in about 8 minutes (by foot in around 30minutes), there are many free parking areas. Supermarkets are within walking distance.
