Bright and charming loft with amazing views

For rent is a beautiful, bright loft in an apartment building on the outskirts of Dresden in the quiet district of Dölzschen. The loft consists of an open kitchen with living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, the sleeping area is located above the living room in the roof top, which can be reached via a ladder with railings. In the living room there is a sofa which can be unfolded and thus 4 people can stay in the loft (2 people in bed in the sleeping area and 2 people on the sofa bed).

bright, open attic flat for jung travelers 100 qm

My accommodation is close to the city center, small parks and in the hip student district. In 15 walk minutes you will be in the city center. You will love my place because of the open and warm atmosphere. The location is quiet and the surroundings are young. Many small cafés are springing up. My place is good for couples, Solo travelers, adventurers or business travelers. There is a guest room with the most important things. The kitchen can be used completely and is furnished.

The viewfree is an old accordion factory on the edge of the forest, which we have lovingly renovated after my creative inspiration. Surrounded by the forests of the upper Vogtland, not far from the Czech beer, you can retreat with friends or alone to get away from it all. Slowing down than you can't experience it. Apartment Hof-Idyll with barrel sauna We offer our 25sqm apartment in a very idyllic location. The apartment was opened in August 2023 and is furnished with very upscale amenities. It has room for max. 2 adults and 2 children. On our farm we have a dog, chickens, ducks and rabbits. In addition, there are plenty of play options for children. Sauna use is possible for 20€. Guests who only stay one night will pay a Extra charge of 20€.

GREAT LOCATION very charming studio with terrace

Very charming and well-kept studio in perfect city location with the best connection. In the middle of the popular Plagwitz district and yet absolutely quiet in the courtyard building, a former workshop. The house and apartment were carefully renovated and individually furnished with a lot of love for detail. The comfortable studio is open with separate sleeping area, door to the bathroom, spacious living area and private terrace.
