There's a private side entrance to the studio and our place is close to parks and 3mins walk to the nearest bus stop. The studio has large windows, free & fast wifi, fridge, microwave, stove, free streetparking and other great amenities. While a partner can visit (NOT TO SLEEP OVER), it is best suited for one guest, due to the size of the studio.

Mom with 2 teenage sons live upstairs w/sm dog. Has sound proofing in rafters but u can still hear noise/walking upstairs.

Brand new legal basement suite in our house in Brighton, Saskatoon. It is in a brand new house with a legal one bedroom basement suite. We live upstairs. Very comfortable queen bed, full kitchen, a full bathroom, laundry (washer and dryer) included. Dining set and living room. Smart TV with Netflix. Very quiet neighborhood. Ideal for family, couples, for students and people that are in the city for work. We are very close to the park. Breakfast items included - self prepared.

Milk and Honey Acres - A Family Country Haven

We are on ten acres,ten minutes NE of Lloydminster. You can enjoy the gardens, the chickens and a large fire pit to roast wieners and marshmallows. Indoors we have a sauna , a small sitting area with two bedrooms, one bathroom and a full kitchen. It can sleep six very comfortably and 9 when you include the couch and two small air mattresses. Breakfast is served upstairs or can be eaten outside on the deck.($15 per adult and $7 for children 12 and under)please book in advance.

Bright one bedroom basement suite. A very comfortable space to settle right into.Only two blocks to the river, in walking distance to the U of S and University hospital, City hospital and downtown. Makes for a very central location . Everything right at your finger tips. Separate entrance with a key less entry , a full kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower , access to laundry, comfortable living space and a queen size bed makes for a great home away from home.
