Entire new accommodation, 10 minutes walk from amenities (shops ,restaurants, cinema) . Same for access to the port ( pier for the island of Batz) and some beaches . The functional accommodation has an equipped kitchen, the sleeping area is furnished with a bed of 160/200 with the adjoining shower room. A small wooden terrace serves the studio and is private. We have a bike storage room and the neighborhood is quiet
