Spacious loft with a beautiful ocean view in the center of Puerto Ayora. It is a fully equipped apartment with a kitchen, work space, dinning area, terrace, living room, bedroom, TV space, WC and bathroom. It is on the third floor of a very secure building. There is also access to an interior garden on the main floor. It is one street away from the main avenue, near the entrance of the Charles Darwin foundation, 2min from the sea.

This unique accommodation, it is located on the third floor, has a beautiful sea view, just 3 minutes from the playa ¨La Estación¨and the ¨ Charles Darwin¨ Foundation, it is comfortable and cozy, away from urban noise, has high speed internet. It is also located on a cafe with delicious healthy and artisanal food, where cultural events take place on the weekends and is an ideal space for coworking.
