Peaceful studio suite with private entrance, queen bed, kitchenette, and bathroom, looking out into our garden. Family neighborhood, close to 101, 10min drive to downtown SB and Goleta, beaches, hiking areas, dog parks, great restaurants. All pets are welcomed; no additional fees. Pet sitting & rental car available. Looking for low-key guests as the studio is attached to our main house where we live with our three cats. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
