Ideal for families/couples who want to experience closeness to nature in a relaxing and private setting, summer and winter. Pet friendly. Only a few hundred meters from Utstein monastery hotel with restaurant and bar as well as rental of kayak, SUP, fishing equipment and bikes. Great hiking opportunities right outside the door and walking distance to Utstein monastery. 1 hour drive to Pulpit Rock.

Great single-family home on the lake's edge of Finnøy

This is the house for those of you who want a quiet and idyllic place to holiday, but at the same time you have the opportunity to be active. The house has a big living room, kitchen, TV room, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, terraces and garage. All rooms with lovely views to the sea. Outside there is outdoor furniture, gas grill and hot tub. Great fishing and swimming opportunities right outside the door. Many will also enjoy embarking on a wonderful bike or hike in the area. To downtown Stavanger is 40 min drive.

Cozy home in quiet, scenic surroundings. Five bedrooms. Design kitchen and large garden with panoramic views of Hafrsfjord. Good hiking opportunities both along Hafrsfjord at "Sword in mountains" and in the forest just outside the door. Free parking. Shared parking space for several cars close by. Short distance to bus and shopping center. About 14 minutes to Stavanger city center. We are happy to rent to companies / companies and people on a work trip. New bathroom with shower / bathtub finished late May 2024.

Welcome to our modern 4-story villa located in 15-20 min walking distance to Stavanger city centre. The villa, which is 250 sqm, is originally built in 1935 and is part of the historic wooden house development in Stavanger. Our villa is fully renovated in 2021, so it has all modern amenities. In our villa you stay close to the city centre but still in a quiet area. We have a four year old daughther, and a two-year old boy, so there is baby chairs, babybeds, and changing tables available.

Fullt utstyrt kjøkken, og stue med spiseplass. 2 soverom i 2 etasje. Det ene med utgang til balkong. Huset ligger i en stille og rolig gate uten gjennomgangstrafikk. Restauranter, kafeer, bakeri og shopping like utenfor døren. Flybussen og båt til Ryfylke og Flo og Fjære et steinkast unna.

Villa Ramsvig - quiet and by the ocean

Big villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, office space, 2 living rooms, kitchen, laundry room with treadmill, garden, garage and parking space for 5 cars. The whole house is wheel chair friendly with elevator and wide doors. Located in a quiet dead-end street, no traffic. Safe neighborhood and very close to the ocean and a small beach. Shirt walk to train or bus! Electric scooters available in the street too.

Welcome to our beautiful house over 3 floors. Heated outdoor pool with sliding pool building. Large terrace for barbecue play and morro. Large outdoor living room where late summer evenings or rainy days can be spent. Several bedrooms/guest rooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms, so both 1, 2 and 3 families can rent together. PS: The pool is only heated in season (1 May to 30 September).

Ground floor in Sveitservilla with 10 min walking distance to Stavanger city center. Plenty of space with everything you need for the city break. The host family lives in the other floors. Bedroom 1 has a queen size double bed. Bedroom 2 is combined bedroom/living room: Queen size sofa bed (with extra comfortable mattress) sleeping two people. Large kitchen with adjacent dining room.
