⭐️I want your check in to be as expected so please read more about this listing before you book ‼ ️This listing is on the 4th floor, no elevator, self check in The stairs are narrow and steep, if you have large or heavier suitcases, it can be very hard to carry up and down the stairs, carefully evaluate if you can carry on your own. 🌟Five minutes drive from Taipei City, relatively cheap and convenient transportation, many local food and large night markets Enjoy the Taiwanese atmosphere Convenient 🚌transportation ✅- (O50) and Taipei Bridge Station (O13), about 550 meters (about 8 minutes) There is a bus stop✅ downstairs, you can take a ride to the metro station, about 3-5 minutes by car (2 stops away) It's super convenient to🛍️ eat, drink, and have fun Sanhe Night Market/7-11 Supermarket 1 minute walk The location is convenient, the corner of the alley is the night market, Right next to the road so there will be vehicle sounds and noise almost 24 hours a day🚗🚗🚗, earplugs will be provided ⭕️This is an old house, poor soundproofing, not suitable for noisy and light sleepers Please lower the voice in the room after⭕️ 10pm (TV, phone call) ⚠️Our downstairs neighbors have a hoarding, they pile up clutter between the first floor entrance to the second floor stairs, so coming in and out is an inconvenience, as well as a bad smell, but you still have room to walk around. Once you get used to it, you can get through the area quickly. I am sorry that this is out of my control, but the floor you live on will not have this problem, and I promise the room is as clean and tidy as on the photos.

Ride U-Bike from house "to the left" along the river embankment: 15 minutes to Daejeon Pier Expressway Market (10 minutes by car) 25 mins to Ximending Ekiri parking 30mins to Huaxi Street Night Market Riding U-Bike from the house "to the right" along the embankment: 15 mins to Shazi Island Head Park, sunset, kite, Guandu Plains, Keelung River Tamsui River 60 mins to Old Tamsui II. U-Bike 2.0 for rent for 2 min walk 5 min walk to small schools around to rent shared i-rents around (rented at the same station) 0.5 hour drive to Tamui Old Street, Fisherman's Pier, Yangming Mountain Famous Attractions & Restaurants 5 mins drive to Shilin Science Park, 15 mins to Guandu Science Park, 20 mins to Taipei Station III. Walk 3min to the bus stop 10 mins by bus to Shibin Night Market, Shuttle Station 15min to Shilin House.
